When you get the box, start by plugging in all the included cables and use internet cable if you have poor WiFi. Now you start up the box and let it install everything. But you're not quite done yet!
Now go up to the gear in the upper right corner, then go to Update and install the latest Firmware.

1. Select PORTAL.
2. IMPORTANT to send the correct ID number that you will find inside portal:

3. In Portal Nickname, type what you want the portal to be called.
4. In Portal URL, enter the portal we send to you by e-mail.
5. After filling in the link on the PORTAL URL, press the BACK button on your remote control.
6. You should NOT check Login Required.
7. Scroll down until you find EPG Mode change it to Normal.
8. If you have done everything right now, the portal will start up.
(If it does not start, you should check if you sent the correct ID number and wrote off the portal correctly that we sent)
9. When the portal has loaded everything, press the Menu button on the box.
10. Now go to Settings.
11. Go down and change the Buffer Time to 3 Sec.
12. Change Channel List Style to Classic.
(The layout will be much better, simpler and smoother)
13. Now that you have changed all this, go out and start a channel.
14. The box will ask if you want to download Audio files and what you SHOULD do.
15. Once installed, the sound will disappear on some channels, restart and the sound will return.
16. To add text to certain channels, press the RED button. Then there will be a small pop-up on the left of the TV.

TViP S-Box

1. Connect everything and start the box.
2. Select the language and time zone and complete the update of the box to the latest software.
3. The box restarts after the update
4. Go to Settings and then to Network
5. Write down the MAC Address (Please check that it is the same on the Box of your box)
6. Go to TV in the left menu and change all settings so that it is as follows:

Stream Source: Multicast
UDPXY Server: MPEG-TS Buffering, msec: 5000
DVR Storage: No storage
Timeshift storage: Internal storage
Auto-timeshifting: Off
Content Source: Web Portal

Below Content Source: Web Portal there is a button that says Setup Web portal. Push it
and set the following settings:

Portal URL: (Portal address is issued at contact)
Portal Manager: Off
Use Web portal: Whole System
API Mode: GSTB

Then press APPLY.

NOTE! Some newer TVs have a hard time synchronizing Update Frequency (Hertz / FPS) with the box and then you can get so-called FPS LAGG. You solve this by going to Settings - Display and setting HDMI Auto Framerate to ON

REMOTE CONTROL SHORTCUTS:

Inside a channel:
Magnifier: Can change language / subtitle (if available in the channel) or enable 3D
MENU: Press Aspect Ratio to change the aspect ratio eg 4: 3, 16: 9 etc.
Gears: Opens the TVIP System Settings
Button at the bottom left: Can also change the Aspect ratio in a channel

MAG

Video:

1. Go to Settings then System Settings
2. Scroll down to Software Update, then press OK then the Red button to update the software. Wait a few minutes and the box will restart.
3. Go to Settings then System Settings.
4. Go to Video and change to 1080p and 1920 × 1080 Press OK and go back
(SKIP THIS STEP FOR MAG256 AS IT FEELS OF ITSELF)
5. Go to Servers
6. Go to General and enter pool.ntp.org press OK and go back
7. Tap Portals
8. On the first portal, enter this:

Portal Name: SvenskIPTV
Portal URL: (Portal address is issued at contact)
You do not need to fill in anything for other Portals. Press OK to save and return.

9. Go to Advanced Settings and change the time zone to Europe / Stockholm to make the EPG work. Press OK to save

Now you go back until you get out, the box will say that it needs to restart to be able to use the new settings. Let it restart.

Before you start watching TV, do one last thing. Go to the Right until you get to Settings, then Advanced Settings and change the Buffer Size from 0 to 15, go down in the list and press OK.

Smart TV

IBO Player

1. Go to your TV App Store and search for the IBO Player program.
2. Once the application is installed, launch it to get its Mac and Key.
3. Click on this link to go to the application website: https://iboiptv.com/device/login
4. Enter the information displayed on your TV in the appropriate fields (Mac and Key) to connect to your application.

5. Once connected, you have two setup methods, choose m3u link (+Add Playlist)

7. As a final step, all that remains is to go back to your TV and restart the app so that it loads and displays the list

NET IPTV

1. Go to your TV's App Store
2. Search for the NET IPTV program
3. Once you have downloaded the NET IPTV program, start it, there you will get something called MAC ADDRESS it can e.g. look like this A5:44:6F:X3:33:76. Copy the MAC Address or write it down.
4. Go to https://svenskiptv.org/en/1h-free/
(if you have bought a subscription, you do not need to do this step)
5. Fill in your details for a trial account and you will soon receive a link via email
(if you have bought a subscription, you do not need to do this step)
6. Go to this page https://www.netiptv.eu/upload
7. Below you have something called "UPLOAD M3U/URL"
8. Enter your MAC Address and then "Add List".
9. Choose whether you want a password or not
10. Paste your M3U Link and save
11. Restart your TV now and it should work.

If you have problems with tenacious or chopping channels, they are due in 99% of cases due to WiFi. Try to avoid WiFi.

1. Install TiviMate from Google Play.
2. Open TiviMate and click on “Add Playlist”
3. Select Xtream Codes Login
4. Enter/Copy Portal URL, username and password.

5. Check “Include VOD”
6. Done!

In our opinion, TiviMate is the best application. The free version only allows live channels only. The paid version is available to pay annually or a lump sum. VOD and a lot of other great features.

OTT Navigator

Download and install OTT Navigator from Google Play directly on your phone or Android TV.
Please note that the Standard version is free of charge and the Premium version has a cost. 9 SEK/5 days, 24 SEK/3 months, 75 SEK/12 months, 195 SEK/lifetime.

1. Open OTT Navigator.
2. Click "Add provider"
3. Select "Generic middleware server" and then "Xtream Codes"
4. Enter the following from the link you received by email.

Skip the rest and press "Apply"

5. Click the arrow in the top left corner to go back.
6. Select "List settings"
( If you have selected adult channels, uncheck "Hide categories for adults" )
7. Press "Select sorting order" -> "Sort channels by" -> Select "Order from provider's playlist"
8. Go back and start watching!

Download and install IPTVX from the App Store directly on your iPhone, Mac, or Apple TV.
Please note that the Basic version is free of charge and the Full version has a cost 30 SEK/month, 79 SEK/3 months, 139 SEK/6 months, 245 SEK/12 months.

1. Open IPTVX.
2. Press the red plus sign in the bottom right corner, then "New playlist"
3. Select Xtream API (domain, user & password)
4. Enter the following from the link you received by email.
